Tomasz Piętka, Partner- has over 30 years of experience in the capital markets and in building company value. Before founding Silvergrass Capital Partners in 2016, he spent nearly 15 years managing investment portfolios for leading private equity and venture capital funds in Central and Eastern Europe (including serving as Vice President at Enterprise Investors and Managing Director at bmp Polska). He also worked for strategic investors, holding the position of M&A Director at the Computerland Group (now Sygnity). Earlier, he spent six years working as an advisor.
He was personally involved in over 150 M&A transactions , participated in 30 supervisory boardsand over 200 advisory projects.His personal experience covers almost all business sectors including deep tech, industrial production, healthcare as well as business services.
